Our beans are roasted using state of the art twin Loring convection roasters. By convection roasting, hot air gently roasts the entire bean, retaining all the flavour and ensuring an even roast. This process allows for the ultimate roast, and therefore a superior taste. What’s more, its completely environmentally friendly. We travel far and wide to find the very best coffee beans so its only fitting that we use the worlds best convection roaster to process them.
